About Hotel Nicté
Nicté is a family-owned corporate boutique hotel with a perfect blend of luxury, nature and tranquility. We are located in the heart of Managua, Nicaragua, 20 minutes away from the airport. And close to the city’s most important business centers and tourist attractions.
Named after the national flower of Nicaragua. And built on top of the house of the notorious writer Pablo Antonio Cuadra. The hotel offers 31 spacious suites designed with guests comfort in mind. Ideal for corporate travelers and tourists who are looking to enjoy the peace of nature while staying in the city.

How can guests use the meeting rooms?
If you are a long-term guest, we offer complimentary use of our meeting rooms as an additional benefit for your business activities.
What is the capacity and equipment of the meeting rooms?
We have 3 meeting room options:
Adilia Room: Capacity for 6 people.
PAC Room: Capacity for 10 people.
Cocibolca Room: Capacity for 20 people.
Includes a high-definition SMART TV with HDMI connection for laptop projection, Wi-Fi connection, air conditioning, work tables, and chairs.
What extra services are offered for the meeting rooms?
Catering service, printing, and scanning.
How does parking work?
We have parking spaces inside and outside the hotel. Parking is on a first-come, first-served basis, and reservations are not available.
What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is from 2 PM.
Check-out is at 12 noon the following day.
Do the room bathrooms include a hair dryer, iron, shampoo, and soap?
The rooms are stocked with amenities such as shampoo with conditioner, soap, and toilet paper. Hair dryers and irons with ironing boards are provided upon request and delivered to the guest's room.
If the stay is longer, do you offer laundry and drying services?
Laundry service is available for any length of stay at the hotel. It is conventional washing and drying; clothes are delivered in the morning, processed, and returned to the guest’s room in the afternoon.
Are pets allowed?
Pets are not allowed.
Is lodging with children allowed?
Yes, guests of all ages are welcome, and we offer a crib for babies to make their stay more comfortable.
Can guests have visitors?
Yes, visitors are allowed for guests. Visitors must always be accompanied by the guests, registered at reception with ID, and may visit from 8 a.m. to 10 p.m.
Does Café Cocibolca also serve lunch and dinner for guests?
We offer a lunch option and a dinner option. Guests are informed of the daily option via WhatsApp, and they confirm if they wish to take it and at what time. Meals are prepared on the spot. They can enjoy it in their room or on the terrace.
How does it work for corporate meeting/boardroom/co-working reservations?
Reservations are made by the hour, and additional food services are available with prior notice.
Can guests order delivery?
Reception assists with placing the order from the desired restaurant. Guests can pay directly in cash, or the hotel can make the payment and charge it to the guest's room with an additional fee.
Is there private transportation service?
Yes, we offer transportation service, with costs depending on the distance required. Airport-hotel transfers are also available. We ask for the flight itinerary, and the driver will wait with a sign displaying the guest's name.
